About the Business Manager
Don't have a business set up in Reddit Ads yet? Here's a great place to start.
Business Manager centralizes the management of your business's assets, user roles, and ad accounts. Access it by selecting any business option in the Ads Manager navigation menu.
In Business Manager, you can:
- Invite and manage members: Access all the members within your business, assign them permissions to access ad accounts, and invite new members. Learn more about members.
- Create and edit ad accounts: Manage your ad accounts, which are used to set up advertising campaigns in Reddit Ads.
- Manage profiles: See the usernames that can be shown on your ads.
- Manage credit lines: See the lines of credit for your business and manage their payment methods.
- Share audiences: Share engagement retargeting and customer list audiences between ad accounts in the same business.
- View and edit business details: Find information related to your business and make changes to it.

Create and edit ad accounts
Looking to manage the username shown in your ads? Try managing your profiles.
An ad account lets you set up advertising campaigns in Reddit Ads. You can manage your ad accounts in Assets > Ad Accounts. Here's what you can do:
- (Managed businesses only) Set up an ad account: Create an additional ad account to manage and assign granular permissions to assets while keeping them all within a single business.
- Edit an ad account: Use Edit to change your account's name and primary contact.
- Manage account assets: View and change the members, profiles, and credit lines assigned to your account.
- Change ad account role: Assign or update ad account roles. Need to update someone's business role? Go to Business > Members instead.
Set up an ad account

- Select Create a new ad account.
- Name the ad account. This will only be visible to members of your business, not other redditors.
- Choose a primary contact.
- Select your time zone and currency.
These can't be changed later.
- Choose up to 10 additional members and select their ad account role.
- Select the profiles and credit lines to include. Confirm to create your ad account.
Manage profiles
A profile is the username shown on your Reddit ad. This may be shared across multiple ad accounts. You can manage your profiles in Business > Profiles. Talk with your Reddit Ads expert to create a new profile.

Manage credit lines
Manage the credit lines for your business and choose its payment methods. To create a new credit line, talk with your Reddit ads expert.

Share audiences
Only business managers with admin or creator permissions in both ad accounts can manage shared audiences.
Choose which ad accounts in your business can access specific engagement retargeting and customer list audiences.
You can also grant audience access to an ad account in the Audience Manager.
View and edit business details
Update your business details, domain allowlist, and two-factor authentication (2FA) requirements in Business > Business Details:
- Change business details: Update your business name, image, contact information, website, and phone number. Your new business name will appear on your next receipt. See our business image requirements.
Looking to remove your phone number? Here’s how to do that.
- Update email allowlist: Provide a list of email domains that new members must use to join your business. Once enabled, only users with an authorized email can accept invites. We recommend setting this up to prevent unauthorized access.
Existing non-compliant members won’t be affected. You can view all non-compliant members in Business > Users.
- Require two-factor authentication: Require either all members or all business admins to set up 2FA. Affected members will receive an email notification. Learn more about business roles.
