Frequently asked questions
How far back does the dashboard report?
The dashboard currently reports on the previous 24 months. Contact our support team for data beyond the current reporting window.
What time zone is the report in?
The default time zone is UTC, but you can change the time zone when scheduling or exporting a report.
Is there a delay in reporting metrics?
While delivery metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, and spend) are updated in less than 30 minutes, conversion metrics (app installs, Pixel conversions) and takeover spending will face a slightly longer reporting delay.
Given these slight delays, changes and updates for your billing and conversion metrics may take up to three hours to be accurately reflected on the dashboard.
Why don't my campaign metrics match the totals listed on the dashboard?
Due to how our dashboard refreshes reporting data, there may be some small discrepancies between the delivery metrics of individual campaigns and the totals shown on the dashboard. These metrics will match after the campaign has ended and is no longer actively delivering.
Why do my totals change between the tabs?
Due to how we refresh and cache reporting data for the tabs, metrics may change and update as you navigate across these tabs. For example, you may see 100,000 total impressions in the campaigns tab but 100,100 in ad groups since reporting has refreshed. Navigating back to the campaigns tab may still show 100,000 impressions since that data is cached and refreshed within 15 minutes.
Third-party reporting doesn't match the Ads Manager
Sometimes the metrics you see on your Ads Manager won't match your third-party reporting exactly. Most of the time, though, it doesn't mean that anything is wrong. Learn about comparing metrics and our best practices.
