About the Report Center

Reports come in many shapes and sizes. Whether you want to know how much you're spending, if your ads are leading to successful conversions, or how many redditors are watching your video ad, you can create just about any kind of report in the Report Center.

Export a report

  1. Go to Reports > Saved Reports and select Create Report. Create report
  2. Unless you want to create a catalog report, choose custom.
  3. Set up your report parameters.
    1. Name your report.
    2. Select who should receive this report.
    3. Choose One-Time for your frequency.
    4. Set a reporting date range to include.
    5. Select the time zone for your reporting date range.
  4. (Optional) Apply campaign filters to specify the settings and details for the data to pull.
  5. Select and order the columns to include.
  6. (Custom only) Choose if you want your report to be at the campaign, ad group, or ad level with reporting granularity.
  7. (Optional) Choose up to two breakdowns to see in the report.
  8. Select Save and Export to export your report.

Schedule reports

  1. Go to Reports > Saved Reports and select Create Report. Create report
  2. Unless you want to create a catalog report, choose custom.
  3. Set up your report parameters.
    1. Name your report.
    2. Select the members of your ad account who will receive this report for Email report to.
    3. Choose when to create the report for frequency, time, time zone, and day (if applicable).

      Selecting One-Time will export your report instead.

  4. (Optional) Apply campaign filters to specify the settings and details for the data to pull.
  5. Select and order the columns to include.
  6. (Custom only) Choose if you want your report to be at the campaign, ad group, or ad level with reporting granularity.
  7. (Optional) Choose up to two breakdowns to see in the report.
  8. Select Save and Schedule to schedule your report. You can always view and manage all your scheduled reports in Reports > Saved Reports.
