Principle: Ads on Reddit should be appropriate and tasteful for their intended audiences. 

Policy: We prohibit ads and landing pages that display shocking, disturbing, or offensive content:

Examples include:

• Content considered obscene, profane, or violent

• Images that are likely to be considered gruesome or disgusting 

• Content that is likely to shock or scare, such as:

  • Content that harasses, intimidates, or bullies an individual or group of individuals

  • Content that threatens or advocates for physical or mental harm on oneself or others

  • Content that incites hatred against or promotes discrimination of an individual or group

  • Exploitative content
