Manage Lead Generation Data

You can manage both campaign performance data and data gathered from lead generation forms on the dashboard. Since lead data collected from forms is deleted after 90 days, we strongly recommend downloading it or taking advantage of our Zapier integration to automatically send your leads directly to your customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Leads may take up to ten minutes to appear on the dashboard in the Ads Manager. If your lead doesn't appear in the Ads Manager after this period, contact our support team.

Viewing total number of leads

On the dashboard, view the Reddit Leads metric. This will show how many leads your campaign, ad group, or ad has generated. Totals show the sum of the leads for the entities visible in your current tab. 

If you don't see these metrics, you can add the column to your view by opening Columns, enabling Reddit Leads, and selecting Select Apply.

There are several ways you can choose which entities you see:

• Selecting filters: Open Filter and choose the values to sort by. You can also download the total number of leads for the entities that match your filters. Learn more about reporting.
  The report downloaded based on your filtered entities won't contain lead data collected from your form. If you want to know which ad group or ad generated a specific lead, you must separate each ad into an ad group in a separate campaign. 

  
• Choose a parent entity: Choose specific campaigns or ad groups to see only the entities within them. 

For example, depending on the tab you're in, choosing a campaign will only show the ad groups or ads for that campaign but won't affect the view in the campaigns tab. To filter campaigns, you'd need to add values to sort by.

Downloading lead data

You must be an admin on your business account to download leads.

Lead data is deleted from Reddit Ads after 90 days. We strongly recommend downloading this data to your local device before it's deleted. To download your lead data, open the actions menu for your campaign and choose download leads.

This file will not show which ad group or ad generated the lead. To download the total number of leads generated by an ad group or ad, schedule a Reddit Lead report.

Schedule a report

You can set up a scheduled report to capture campaign performance data at a specific frequency. Learn about scheduling reports.

This report won't contain data collected in your form. If you want to know which ad group or ad generated a specific lead, you must separate each ad into an ad group in a separate campaign.
